Our Training Philosophy

At
Elite Performance, we evaluate each individual athlete's
abilities, noting strengths, weaknesses & biomechanical
predisposition to injury. We then personalize a
systematic, progressive training program, specialized for
that athlete to allow him or her to maximize their
strengths, eliminate their weaknesses & greatly reduce their
risk of injury.
We use the most up-to-date and state-of-the-art training
techniques available which are designed by our Elite
Performance Staff members and some of the best trainers in
the world. Our programs are founded on sound, proven
scientific principles, allowing Elite Performance to provide
the best Columbus and Central Ohio has to offer in
performance enhancement training programs.
