At Elite Performance, we believe that each person is built differently
and has different goals, thus should be trained differently.
With this said, we still follow our philosophy of Stability, Strength,
& Power with all of our clients. Each client is evaluated
and his/her goals discussed, and a comprehensive training program
is developed by one of our trainers.
You can expect a fun and challenging workout with an Elite Performance
trainer. Each workout is developed specifically for you taking
into account past injuries, goals, stability, & strength.
No workout will be exactly the same, because as you get stronger,
the workouts will get progressively more challenging. This
does not necessarily mean adding more weight, but it could be sitting
on a stability ball instead of a bench or standing on a ½ foam roll
instead of a flat surface. These progressions will help you
break through plateaus and maximize your results. Come see
